Shooting on location in this part of the world isn’t like shooting anywhere else. The bureaucracy is real, permissions can be slow and unpredictable, and the wrong fixer on a production can cost days nobody has. We’ve spent years navigating exactly that permits, locations, logistics, and the human relationships that make all three possible across multiple countries and formats.
We work with international and local productions as a fixer and local producer across Egypt, Jordan, Morocco, and Oman. Through a wider network of contacts at production companies globally, We can also help connect productions to the right local partners well beyond these four countries.
What we handle:
- Authority permissions — shooting permits, tourism authority approvals, national park access, military and security clearances where required. Every country has its own version of this maze, and the key to moving through each one is knowing the right people, not just the right process.
- Location scouting — finding and securing locations on land and underwater, often in remote or logistically complex areas: Red Sea reefs, desert landscapes, mountain villages, medina backstreets, wadis and canyons.
- On-ground crew & logistics coordination — I’ve coordinated international film crews before, including a British documentary production on Red Sea Semaymia, traditional fishermen’s music. I know how to keep a production moving day to day, not just on paper.
- A global production network — years in this industry have built connections well beyond this region, so when a project goes somewhere I haven’t been, I can usually get it to the right local hands.
- High-level event & press experience — having worked at COP27 and alongside organizations like Greenpeace, I’m comfortable operating under pressure, scrutiny, and tight schedules.
