Diving & Water Sports Consultancy

Thirty five years in this industry teaches you things no certification course covers. We’ve been underwater, on boats, in dive centres, in training rooms, and in the meetings where the real decisions get made equipment sourcing, safety standards, government regulations, and everything in between. We’ve watched dive operations built from nothing, and have built some of them from scratch.

If you’re setting up a diving or water sports operation  anywhere in the world  we can help you do it properly, and get there faster than you would alone.

What We bring:

  • Operational setup  from site assessment to opening day, drawing on the experience of having built and run Deep South Ecolodge & Dive Club in Marsa Alam from the ground up. The mistakes I’ve already made so you don’t have to.

  • Equipment & supplier contacts honest relationships with dealers built over decades, so you’re not starting cold or paying more than you should.

  • Marketing strategy  a dive operation doesn’t sell the same way a hotel does. It sells through trust, reputation, and word of mouth first. I help position operations accordingly.

  • Training architecture, from seniors to juniors  certified across SSI, PADI, CMAS, and SDI, with years lecturing at the Chamber of Diving and Water Sports. I help build training pipelines that hold up as a team grows, not just a one-instructor fix.

  • Safety & regulatory compliance as former Head of the Diving Union, South Sinai, I’ve worked directly with national parks and environmental agencies across the region. I know what compliance actually looks like in practice, not just on paper.

  • Red Sea expertise, proven  the Egyptian Red Sea is where I built my name, and it remains some of the strongest proof of concept I can offer: real operations, real conditions, real results.

Available for project-based and consultancy work, anywhere. I’m equally comfortable working independently or alongside an existing team.
